What we’re looking for

Senior Account Manager:

Firmidable is seeking a Senior Account Manager to represent the agency to its clients, primarily in the areas of branding, television, SEO and digital advertising. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for providing account leadership, client service, and campaign data analysis to maximize success for clients and the agency itself. This is a remote, client-facing role.

As Senior Account Manager, you will:

  • Act as brand manager and advocate for clients, regularly reviewing lead and new case data as well as digital campaign metrics, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and to propose alternative solutions where appropriate.
  • Gather and assemble background information, research, and analysis for creative and campaign development.
  • Lead client discussions and planning meetings while being an intuitive communicator who values listening as much as speaking.
  • Develop Creative Work Briefs to drive the strategic direction of client campaigns with a focus on branding, lead generation, and broadcast and digital production.
  • With attention to detail and quality, understand and advocate for the clients’ goals and needs as client work moves through various agency departments.
  • Cultivate new business from existing clients and play a key supportive role in new business development.
  • Work to stay apprised of client satisfaction levels and market developments. Communicate findings with relevant agency personnel and seek opportunities to enhance value for the client.
  • Coach and manage junior members of the accounts team.

Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of digital advertising agency account management experience is required.
  • Some experience with traditional advertising is a plus.
  • Proven success as a leader of accounts teams
  • Independently motivated with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Persuasive and engaging written and oral communicator
  • Meticulous attention to detail, planning, and organization
  • Ability to recognize and anticipate problems and to gather data and resources needed to resolve them
  • Experience working successfully in a remote or hybrid work environment
